Birth Partner Training $295
This training course is heavily focused on the Birth Partner. This training is designed to help the Birth Partner understand their role and to practice comfort measures and grounding techniques, so they are an asset in the birthing space. This course helps the Birth Partner feel engaged, confident and will address any questions and concerns surrounding the big day. It is a hands-on course and we will learn acupressure points, how to be mindful and pick up on the birther's cues. Partners learn how to read the room; they learn tips on how to keep the birth space safe and how they can comfort and best support the birther. Partners learn what they are responsible for and how their involvement can help to shape the overall experience. They also learn to feel confident, comfortable and calm. This course helps them feel prepared for the experience ahead
